2型糖尿病患者24小时尿钠排泄与脂代谢的关系

目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者24小时尿钠与脂代谢的关系。
方法 收集200例2型糖尿病住院患者一般资料,测定血脂、空腹血糖、24小时尿钠等生化指标。采用单因素方差分析、Logistic回归分析等方法分析尿钠排泄与脂代谢的关系。
结果 按24小时尿钠四分位数分为低尿钠组、中尿钠组、中高尿钠组、高尿钠组,四组甘油三酯水平呈逐渐增高趋势,高尿钠组甘油三酯水平(1.87(1.24-3.93)mmol/L)显著高于低尿钠组(1.43(1.13-2.20)mmol/L,=P=0.015),Logistic回归分析提示尿钠排泄增多是高甘油三酯血症的独立危险因素(OR(95%CI):1.006(1.001,1.010),=P=0.010)。
结论 高盐膳食是糖尿病患者高甘油三酯血症的重要危险因素,控制钠盐摄入可能有助于改善糖尿病患者血脂紊乱。

 

 

Objective To explore the relationship between 24-h urinary sodium and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes.
Methods Two hundred in-patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled and 24-h urinary sodium,fasting blood glucose and lipid parameterswere measured. One-way ANOVA and Logistic regression analysis were performed to explore the impacts of 24-h urinary sodium on dyslipidemia.
Results The subjects were divided into 4 groups according to quartiles of the 24-h urinary sodium. There was an increasing trend in triglycerides among the four groups.The concentration of plasma triglyceride was significantly higher in the group with the highest quartile of the 24-h urinary sodium compared with that in the group with the lowest urinary sodium(1.87(1.24-3.93)mmol/L vs. 1.43(1.13-2.20)mmol/L,=P=0.015). Logistic regression analysis showed that 24-h urinary sodium was the independent risk of hyperlipidemia in type 2 diabetes(OR(95%CI):1.006(1.001,1.010),=P=0.010).
Conclusion High salt intake may be an important risk factor in hypertriglyceridemiaand control of sodium intake  will prevent dyslipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes.
